| Jamstix 4 - Offline Installation |
The following installation procedure applies only if you're music computer is not connected to the Internet!
You will need a computer that is connected to the Internet and a means of transferring files from that machine to the music computer, such as a USB stick.

Download and run the Jamstix4 manager tool. If you're installing the free version, you received this tool from the download link. For full versions, the tool is linked in your delivery email. The tools are identical, so if you're upgrading the free version to the full Jamstix, you can use the same tool.
Select the free or full version when prompted. For the full version, you will then be asked to copy and paste your customer key from your delivery email. Click 'Connect' and the following screen will be shown:
- Check the box Create install package for an offline computer
- JAMSTIX 4 DATA FOLDER: Leave as is or change using the 'Select Folder' button.
When done, click OK and then screen will change to something like this:
Click 'Start Packaging' and the manager will download all necessary installation data files. Note that this does not install Jamstix on this computer itself. When the packaging is complete, you will see a screen similar to this one:
- close the manager tool
- copy the Jamstix data folder (i.e. c:\Jamstix 4 Data) to a USB stick or other removable medium
- copy the folder onto the target computer

Execute Jamstix4Manager.exe in the folder you've just copied and you will see a screen like this:
